General Provisions
This agreement defines the terms and conditions for participation in the PremierBet Partners affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. PremierBet Partners reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or the affiliate portal, and continued participation after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The affiliate program allows participants to earn commissions based on traffic directed to PremierBet via unique referral links. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional efforts comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as PremierBet’s branding guidelines.
Affiliate Obligations and Responsibilities
Affiliates must act in good faith and use only approved marketing methods. The use of misleading advertising, false claims, or any form of deceptive practices is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must ensure that their promotional efforts comply with gambling laws and advertising regulations in their target regions.
Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or any intrusive advertising methods to generate referrals. Any use of pop-ups, misleading redirects, or unauthorized paid ads bidding on PremierBet trademarks may lead to termination of the partnership. Affiliates must also refrain from promoting PremierBet in regions where online gambling is restricted or illegal.
The affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining their website and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with PremierBet’s guidelines. PremierBet Partners reserves the right to request modifications to any content that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to the brand’s reputation.
Referral Tracking and Commission Payments
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link that must be used in all promotional activities. Tracking of referrals is done via cookies, and commissions will only be paid on correctly tracked referrals. PremierBet is not responsible for lost referrals due to incorrect tracking implementation or technical issues on the affiliate’s website.
Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred users. Net revenue is determined after deducting bonuses, chargebacks, fraud costs, and other operational expenses. PremierBet reserves the right to adjust commission calculations in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the system.
Payments are made on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold. Affiliates must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date. If the minimum threshold is not reached, earnings will be rolled over to the next payment cycle. PremierBet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details or third-party payment providers.
Any disputes regarding commission calculations must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the payment date. Failure to raise concerns within this timeframe will be considered an acceptance of the commission amount paid.
Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to self-referrals, bonus abuse, and artificially inflating traffic metrics. Any attempt to manipulate the affiliate program for personal gain will result in immediate termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may not impersonate PremierBet, claim to be an official representative, or use misleading domain names that could confuse users into believing they are dealing directly with PremierBet. Unauthorized use of PremierBet’s brand name, logos, or intellectual property is not permitted.
Affiliates must not promote PremierBet on websites containing illegal, offensive, or adult content. Additionally, marketing through platforms that promote gambling addiction, underage betting, or unethical gambling practices is strictly forbidden.
PremierBet reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account without notice if any violation of these restrictions is detected. In such cases, all pending commissions will be forfeited.
Dispute Resolution and Termination
In the event of a dispute between the affiliate and PremierBet Partners, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing laws applicable to PremierBet’s jurisdiction.
PremierBet Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include fraudulent activity, breach of contract, violation of advertising policies, or inactivity over an extended period. If an affiliate is terminated due to misconduct, all pending commissions will be withheld.
Affiliates who wish to terminate their participation in the program must provide written notice. Upon termination, all promotional materials must be removed, and referral tracking links will no longer generate commissions.
By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your participation in the PremierBet Partners program.
